  • We did this hike one way at the end of the Highline Trail. There is little to no shade, and the heat radiates off the rock. Carry plenty of water, and don't hike it when it's hot!! Leaving from...

  • Such an amazing, awe inspiring national park. Would love to see Glacier National Park on a clear day; wildfire smoke in September certainly was a bummer after traveling from TN to Going to the Sun Road. We didn't realized wildfire smoke in September is common place in this area. Had we known, not sure we'd have driven the 16 hour round-trip for respiratory distress.
  • After traveling in over 10 NP I can safely say this is one of most amazing breathtaking views you can get. The best views are from the road where it's unsafe and you interfere with the traffic. From this spot you see not only the width but also the depth of the valley below. On a bright day the contrast btw the bright peaks and the dark valleys is too high to capture with a smartphone camera.
  • This trail is back breaking, intense, insanely beautiful, goes through many kinds of terrain, and once you get up above the chalet it gets even steeper and harder. There are several trail joints, such as the swiftcurrent overlook, the big saddle hump grinnell overlook and the highline which connects back towards logan pass. This area is the heart of the park and honestly this is one of the best trailheads in america hands down one of greatest hikes there ever was, the veiws at the top are some of the very best in all of the rocky mountains!
  • Arrived at 6:55, handful of spots. First shuttles only had 1-2 spots reserved for passengers getting on at the loop, got to Logan pass by 9.
  • Stunning views! The road is amazing, but might be better viewed from tour so you don't have to worry about anyone driving off a cliff! Clean bathroom facilities, limited parking.
