  • An interesting historical site located five miles north of Westcliffe. This is the final form of the ranch house built by the Beckwith brothers, owners of a ranch that once covered 60000 acres and...

  • This place is not really visitor friendly at this time, but it is a beautiful place of mystery to drive by and has an interesting history.

  • Great views, bathrooms clean, and worked for my clients wedding reception perfect. We ended up with the best sunset. We had a tent set up which helped for the random time of rain. The house has history and a tour with it I didn’t have time to hear or look into it but it made for a great backdrop. I will not I wasn’t sure if there was someone in charge of the grounds or if there were problems who the go to person was, normally I meet them but it seemed like there was no one at the time of reception🤷🏽‍♀️
  • Excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and interesting. Beautiful place!
  • This place is so pretty. I only drove past it. Nice job keeping it beautiful.
  • This historical icon of the Wet Mountain Valley and home to Colorado Senator 1878-80 Elton T Beckwith was built in 1860 and is a great place for a tour and for learning some local history. Tours are given M-Sa 11a-4p and Sunday 1p-4p They also have functions like Tea with Mrs Beckwith (portrayed by a Docent). A harvest festival, a thanksgiving celebration and a Victorian Christmas They will also give private tours and can rent the premises for any kind of function that needs a great outdoor space You might even see a ghost or two🤭👻👻 They are a 501-c3 so it’s ran on donations (that are tax deductible) this pays for the upkeep and maintenance of all 10 buildings on the grounds Everything else is provided by volunteers Stop by and check it out- even if not open there are QR codes you can scan and get a self guided tour of the grounds 🙂🌺🌸
  • Went to the tea party, and it was divine! The staff was amazing and so friendly. The house is beautiful as well as the scenery. There's so much history and so many unique pieces, I'd definitely recommend seeing the beckwith ranch when you have a few!!
