  • Great venue! We had a warrior austerity training over a weekend and this place was great! Lots of outdoor space to train in, great place to gather for meetings, and excellent cabins. It's in nature, so naturally there were signs of wildlife all around. Luckily no unwanted interactions, but still...possible. the cost wasn't bad for a smaller group, but I think we easily could have had more and the place would have handled it well for possibly similar pricing. This place had well marked trails/ paths that helped to make sure you didn't get lost. You bring in your own food, and have a good size eating area to accommodate the group. Overall really clean nice woodsy camp!
  • Amazing park. Walked some of the trails. One was easy and another was difficult. But both where clearly marked. Went over to bolder field. It's neat to see and learn about. I did not feel like I needed to spend a lot of time at the field. It was about a ten min drive on dirt roads to get there. The park is easy to get to from Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs.
  • Scenic park with plenty of things to do. A variety of trails. Some trails are near roads though, while others will take you deep into the woods. Camping is very nice with plenty to choose from, while the pit toilets are a bit run down. Beach area is very nice. Park staff is very helpful. Super crowded on weekends in the summer.
  • Best place for to see the Fall foliage in the Poconos for us. Lots of hikes and activities within 30 min. Staff is always great, and other campers are always so friendly. Dog friendly and room for bigger RVs. Most of the sites were well spaced. And the dump stations were easy to get into and out of for any size RV.
  • The Boulder Fields are an amazing part of this park, and if I had to recommend one thing to visit, it would be these. I ran down to them from the north, by starting out on Azalea Rd north of the park, and going down the gravel road under the power lines until the park entrance. Once in the park, I saw a sign for the trail and you need to go left to get to the boulder fields. The trail itself is about a mile (1.8 miles counting the power lines)
