Museum of the Bizarre, Wilmington

This is a great shop of all kinds of oddities. We had a great time walking through and looking at all the interesting collections. It's a great way to spend 30-45 minutes, especially on a rainy day at the beach! The guy running it was super nice and we got to see a sword swallowing show with the price of admission!

Super cool place. Smaller than I expected. Had a live sword swallowing show that was cool. Good timing when I got there. Mirror maze is very small, but very enjoyable. Had Weird Al's "Don't Download This Song" playing during it. There was 9 of us in our group... could help but stop and vibe to it whilst in the maze. The maze was very, very cool. Please don't let how tiny it is set you back. Great group of folks. Take your time and absorb it all in. It is a small place, but they do have a lot of things on display

It is truly a bizarre museum with an unusual collection of items which may leave you wondering how many items are authentic and how many are added for entertainment purposes. Nonetheless, it was easily worth the $3 admission fee; your visit will take about an hour. Don't hesitate to do the mirror maze - the $2 upcharge is good value. The laser maze wasn't working, so we couldn't try it.

We vacation every year by Wilmington. This is usually one of our first stops while there. I love this place, and could actually spend a few hours in there just reading about things. They are adding new things and changing it around all the time, so it's always different. This time, they have a section dedicated to serial killers. Letters, weapons, you name it, they have it. I don't know how they are able to aquire alot of this stuff, but I'm glad the did! Definitely worth the $3 dollars for your ticket! For something totally different, you need to visit the Museum of the Bizarre!!!!!

My kids loved it here they had some really neat stuff plus a mirror maze and Lazer maze. it's only a few dollars a person and worth the stop while out walking around.
