Don’t worry if it is raining…. We actually saw MORE animals just bring a rain something to put over you while drip drops come on your lap, but well worth the money still.

Our family had a great time! This is the only “zoo” we will support. The animals have more range than any other zoo around here. Definitely a good experience!

I have lived in Oregon for 4 years, but this is my first visit here. I loved the concept of keeping the people in small places (like cars) and the wildlife in the open. I had visited open parks...

The Wildlife Safari is located in Winston, Oregon. You can pay to go through the drive through to see bears, bison, elephants, giraffes, and many other animals, but if you plan to go through the drive through a couple more times it is best to buy a membership for $120 annually. You can go through the drive through as many times as you would like the entire year. You can add a person onto the membership, so you could also just go in on a membership with a family member or a friend. You can walk through and look at many other animals for free, with donations kindly accepted. There is a small playground for children, a cafeteria/ restaurant, many different species of animals to look at as well as a petting zoo area.

Loved it so much and only wish we'd got there earlier in the day to experience more of the safari village! The drive through was huge, so many animals roaming free - it was really quite spectacular to see such great care for all creatures. The bears were my favourite, also loved the feeding area where we had fun giving snacks to the deer and emus (one of them stole our cup and got chased around by his mate, we were laughing for ages). We ended our tour with a sticker for the van and a little peek at the cheetah. I'd definitely recommend this safari for all ages, stay for the whole day and enjoy it!

Awesome place to go with family and friends! Lots of animals to see and even feed a few! After the nice relaxing drive around you can even park and see more animals! Staff was very friendly! Some of the staff even stayed next to the animals and said a few facts and were always making sure you enjoyed it! Definitely recommend going to this place!

Lovely place to visit with kids to see the animals, my 6 years old kid enjoyed the whole safari a lot seeing the animals roaming around in around our car and in the designated areas. They have almost all the animals from reptiles, mammals, domestic and wild animals. You can leisurely drive around the place, it can take up to 2 hours to go through the round, in the entrance you can also walk through the trials to see few reptiles, they have train ride for kids, café is available, lots of parking spaces available. Go in the morning to avoid crowds and spend more time.

Is it expensive? Yeah, a little. Worth it though? Yeah, definitely. We arrived a little before 9AM and it seemed the animals were out, getting fed, and roaming around pretty good. I would use the restroom break on the driving safari, even if you don't need to. My wife almost wet herself, and we got chastised by teenagers for going too fast, and then were immediately passed by them. My main gripe with the whole thing. The main gift shop/petting zoo/restaurant area also was very entertaining with different animals to see up close. I would STRONGLY recommend a picnic, unless you want frozen oven baked fries, and small burgers made by teenagers for $13. Staff was nice, everyone waving, and happy to there. My 3 year old enjoyed it (when her attention span allowed) and was squealing at all the exotic animals we got to see. It's much better than a zoo, but the bears and elephants looked a little sad tbh. As a wildlife photographer I had a blast! Closest thing to an African safari I'll ever see probably. The elephant experience and maybe the bear one looked interesting, but I'll tell ya, there was a 10 ft difference between the Red Panda feeding being free or expensive. I say check it out overall.
