  • The area was very beautiful. We saw a whale here. The sprouting horn and thundering hole were very interesting. We drove to the top of the hill, walked the 0.2 mile loop, the overlook was amazing.

  • Visitor Center is really nice, the view inside is amazing and there is plenty of insight into the Siuslaw National Forest. Plenty of parking and trail maps. Trails are maintained and marked well.
  • I find it a surprise tips at the visitor center, buy 5days fee ,total10 dollars.(Oregon pacific coast passport )!!! day pass for 5 dollars. it is easy to access your trip and enjoy. There is many informations books for sale. We’re be back soon.
  • I don't know how anyone could give this place fewer than 5 stars. I really appreciated the time the rangers took to explain the hikes and rock formations down below. We visited at low tide, which was a bummer because apparently the most interesting wave/rock interactions happen at high tide. However, it was definitely still worth a visit. PRO TIP: Take some time to walk through the museum here. It is 100% free and very interesting. It really gave us a foundation on the local wildlife to better understand what we were seeing during our trip!
  • Probably the best visitor center I have experienced until now! Amazing building and location, lovely the interior design too. Appreciate the H24 wifi. I strongly recommend to create an outside dedicated area for phone charging and a free public library. Well prepared the personnel but poor the merchandising.
  • Great place to stop and learn about the coastal forest ecosystem. Wonderful whalewatching space that looks out over the Pacific ocean just south of Cape Perpetua and the Devils Churn. Staffed and the guides have a genuine interest in sharing about the natural area. Good starting place for several nice dayhikes.
