  • Swinging bridge picnic area: supposed to see Yosemite falls from here, but no water! Pretty nice spot for a picnic. This is a swinging bridge that actually does not swing.

  • another beautiful attraction near the Yosemite park, the lake is big and bridge built swings when you walk so it is called swinging bridge. there is a way to go down the bridge and can sit or if you like to dip your legs can do that too. the drive is not too far. amazing spot to take pictures, the pond makes the reflection of the whole scenario. totally serene place to be at.
  • One of the most breathtaking scenes I had ever seen in my life. My wife and I traveled here in winter (December 18th). There was snow on the ground and the view of the waterfall and the mountais were spectacular. We reached here late afternoon and it was foggy which gave a whimsical ambiance to the scene. Trust me. You don't have to select a scene to take pictures because everywhere is amazingly beautiful.
  • Nice little grilled area for picnic. Wonderful place for a little water activity. Beautiful scenery for everyone
  • A beautiful spot to cool off and splash around. Good for families. The water is always cold!
  • Probably the highlight of our Yosemite trip. The only feature that had water to cool off. All of the other water features at the park had long dried up by the time we visited. Even the river was running at a slow trickle. Come before summer, it's way better. More to see, not 95 degrees in the shade, and way less people.
