The Covelli Centre is a multi-purpose arena in Youngstown, Ohio, United States. It opened in 2005, thanks in a large part to a $26 million HUD redevelopment grant secured in 2000 by Congressman James A. Traficant Jr. It is home to the Youngstown Phantoms of the United States Hockey League. The Covelli Centre was previously known as the Chevrolet Centre and is nicknamed "The Chevy Centre" or "The Convo" by some in the area from its former names.Plan my day in Youngstown using traveler tips and tourist information provided by Klarna Trips.

Pretty much a dive on the inside compared to other venues. Seats are narrow and too close; my knees almost touched the guy in front of me. $20 for parking?! Don't see that at other venues I've...

I went to a concert here and had a good experience. It seems like there isn't a bad seat there, the view of the stage was great even in the far back seats. Bathrooms were clean. The only thing is there wasn't enough handicap parking for the event we were at, maybe reserve some additional spots when running an event that tends to have an older crowd. I had to pay for parking, then drove around and realized there were no handicap spots available, then had to drive to the front to drop off my father and get back in the parking line to get back to a spot.

Covelli center was easy access to get in with no issues. Inside there's plenty of drinks and snacks options . We attended the Marshall Tucker Band and Lynyrd Skynyrd Concert. The concerts were fantastic with most seating was good seats. The bad is that it is a nightmare scenario to get out of the parking lot .Took almost 1 hour. Horrible parking . Needs corrected or I need to look elsewhere to park

They've upped the security. Women had to return there purses to car if they weren't clear or wallet size. They confiscate my chain strap to my tiny purse because it's considered a weapon . Past those inconveniences it was easy to find our seats and staff was polite & helpful. Really no bad seats in this venue. Now parking was $20 ,fees taxes added approximately $12+ to each ticket price. Beer $10, water /pop $6 , wine $7.50, liguor up to $14 , soft pretzel was $6.75 It's pricey to drink or eat so count on spending a minimum of $20 / person and that's conservative. Great Shows, seats & location.

Love catching a show here, esp since it's close by. It's a smaller arena. So shows seem much more intimate here than a place that seats 20k. Basically not a bad seat in the house. Just wish there were even more shows here.

Great little modern venue. Large enough to showcase nationally known performances, yet small enough there's not a bad seat in the house!
