Known as Vietnam's tallest Buddha statue, Lady Buddha sprinkles offshore fishermen and sailors with holy water to bring them prosperity and good fortune. Standing 72 meters (236 ft) tall, the statue faces the Son Tra Sea from a mountain, overlooking the city and distant landscapes. As you arrive at the pagoda gate, notice how the vast complex surrounding the statue combines modernity and tradition. Constructed of white marble, each of the structure's floors celebrate a different incarnation of Buddha. Plan your visit to Lady Buddha and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Da Nang itinerary planner.

An extraordinary place. The big temples and statues are just amazing. A lot of unique trees, that are well maintained. There weren’t so many people there, no tickets needed to enter this place. And you can find cute monkeys running around near some trees, please don’t harass or disturb them.

Very nice place with a stunning view to the city beach. Impressive size of pagoda, temples and monuments. Lady Budda kept white what makes it more fascinating and respectful. Plenty of bonsais makes feel like in different world. One thing need to be aware of is that need to beware of wild monkeys

We spent a week in Da Nang and had to come to come here. You can see her statue from the beach. She is more beautiful in person. The temple is well kept and very beautiful. Please make sure to leave a donation to help them maintain this temple. Parking is available on the bottom. There is a short walk upstairs. There is so much to see and it's very tranquil when there are not a lot of tourists. The drive up on the motorbike is also wonderful with a nice breeze and views of the ocean. Also, be respectful and be aware when shoes need to be removed before entering. There are signs. We would just come here to sit and relax. It's a very tranquil and peaceful place to be. This is a must-see when in Da Nang.

Beautiful places surrounded by lots of trees (many bonsai trees as well). This place has the largest statue of lady Buddha in Vietnam. Do not forget to carry your jackets as it get quite cold and windy here in the evening.

Rented a bike and went there. There is quite a bit of climbing so be sure to have the gears. The whole temple up top and grey pagoda are amazing really nice views from the top. But the best view is from side of the road just before you turn left towards the temple. Should really clear the area around the statue to make some really nice views of Da nang.
