Visit Quan Kong Temple and view the architecture reminiscent of traditional Buddhist temples. Constructed in 1653 in honor of the Chinese general Quan Cong where you can view markings and texts illustrating thehistory throughout the temple. A very cosy sized temple, it is rich with bright shades of reds, greens and yellows. Notice the entrance is carved with a blue dragon and white tiger that is said to be the embodiment of Quan Cong. A lovely place to visit near the Central Market in Hoi An. A quiet place in tbe busy market area. A,small fee to enter, but worth it.

One beautiful temple you can stop by in Hoi An. You can get a ticket for 120kVND and visit 5 sites out of a selection of 22 in the area. It's worth it and gives you a purpose for walking around and it helps maintaining the historical sites.

Its quite darkinside. The place is in a deteriorating state. Maybe too many visitors. You can keep your shoes on. In the back is a bigger room with impressive wooden doors. Big marble table. Huge Statue in front but hidden behind glass.
