Had a wonderful experience. Came with my father and husband and we were all happy with our clothing. I ordered a dress, blazer, and jumpsuit while my father and husband customized suits and shirts. We came in around 4pm and were leaving early the next day so they were able to express make our items for us by 9pm the same day. The process was seamless and easy. Yen was lovely and did a great job helping me decide what to pick out without being too pushy. My father had Thuy and Sophie worked with my husband. The pricing was fair and customer service was great. The quality of the clothing was awesome, especially the suits. I like how they had several fittings until it was a perfect fit, just the way you want. Would definitely order again. Love that you can order online through email and they keep your measurements for 5 years (and will adjust as needed with changes in size). Worth a fun experience and custom souvenir!

We had THE BEST experience with Tuong ! Still can’t believe I get to own this jacket, it’s the coolest thing in my wardrobe! My boyfriend got some high waisted 70’s cut pants made and they are so elegant, completely perfect! I choose things based on finding the fabric first and when I saw this fabric I knew we needed to make something extra cool with it. Definitely on the higher end in terms of price and quality — I was completely blown away by the service and the end result of my bomber jacket, truly worth every penny. On top of this, the women who run the store are just incredible. So helpful, friendly, and excited for you. If you can get linked up with Yen she was soooo knowledgeable and sweet. This was a great experience. This was my first bespoke suit and they were very helpful. I told them my preferences and they had great suggestions. I’m hoping the quality is as good as they promise…we’ll see in a few years. They also have a leather shop next door that does good shoes.

To be clear, you will pay more here than many other local tailors, but with the price comes excellence. The sheer variety of fabric choices is staggering on its own, but the service and professionalism are a step above. I'd also gotten another suit from another tailor on the same trip. The other tailor had 2 fittings while this tailor had 3. In total, I paid $260 for a 3-piece custom suit with high quality fabrics. I was recommended this tailor shop by my hotel and was told they were professional, high quality and spoke excellent English. All of this was true and more. From start to finish I felt listened to, was given great advice and didn’t feel pressured. My stylist, Ha, was funny and meticulous and was with me throughout helping me walk away with two lovely suits.
