it's a nice museum and you learn a lot of the area around and the different groups and their wandering. It was really interesting and I would definitly recomend it although ine visit is enough

Nice museum with lots of information about Zambia. As said in other reviews, the displays are dated. We still learned a lot though and I would recommend this museum for a visit during your stay in Livingstone.

A quiet but lovely museum in the centre of Livingstone. The museum offers a great insight into the prehistorical era of Zambia and explains the country's way to independence in great detail, not to mention the special corner dedicated to Dr. Livingstone himself. In addition, the museum shows the great variety of the animals which used to/still roam the country. Great experience, recommended!
