Whistler caters to guests with a wide selection of accommodations, although budget travelers might struggle to find more affordable options. If you visit Whistler during the ski season, stay in the southern section of town, closest to the main ski lifts. You can also beat the crowds of the town proper and stay farther south in Whistler Creek, where the shores of Alta Lake meet the Creekside gondola. It's worth booking early no matter what time of year you visit, as the town can get incredibly busy even during summer.
