Where to stay in Tallinn

As Estonia's largest city, Tallinn has a wide range of options for accommodation during your travels. Many of these--from economical bed and breakfasts to a luxury hotels--center within the Old Town or just outside of it, giving you easy access to historical sights and a range of activities. Get more for your money by venturing a little farther away; try a guesthouse in one of the surrounding areas for an authentic Estonian experience. Be sure to book accommodation in advance if you are traveling in the summer, as hostels, hotels, and bed and breakfasts are known to book up fast for the months of July and August. This is especially true for weekends from May through to September.
