Take on some of the excellent snow and 17 slopes at Phoenix Snow Park, declared host of the Winter Olympics in 2018. Famous nationally as a location in the very popular drama "Winter Sonata," the resort now boasts state-of-the-art gondolas and chairlifts. The many ski trails include a favored 2.2 km (1.4 mi) run with a broad average width of 46 m (151 ft). The resort village below features a range of accommodations, including luxury hotels and laid-back youth hostels, as well as a nine-hole golf course and outdoor pool.
