In response, I created a tour that would hit the highlights and provide my guests with a hands-on RAD experience they would not forget! Starting at Magnetic Theatre, we will walk down Depot Street to learn about the history of the RAD, the artists and visit ONE gallery! We stop at the Grind Coffee for a taste of local brews, tour the historical Grey Eagle Music Venue and taste Taqueria snacks, view a glass blowing demonstration at the NC Glass Center. Then walk alongside the river, learning stories about the legends of the French Broad and what activities you can do on the river post-tour! The shorter, 11am tour, will taste gelato and finish at cotton mill. The 2pm tour will finish on Foundy Street to learn about the graffiti in the area and taste some local wine or beer at the two breweries. About 3 a mile walk

The first at Citizen Vinyl to explore one of today’s State-of-the-Art Vinyl production facilities, with a recording studio, a cool listening café, and a great vinyl store (Along with a coupon for a later visit). After an informative walk around our historic city, the tour will finish at Asheville’s famous Moogseum: A first rate museum to Bob Moog and his historic Moog Synthesizers.
