Where to stay in Chitwan National Park

Most visitors to Chitwan National Park opt to stay in Sauraha, a tourist town and gateway to the park. Accommodations here range from luxury lodges to backpacker-friendly hostels, and the whole town is filled with international tourists, bars, and restaurants. For something a little quieter, have a look at the private lodges located along the river as it runs west out of town. Alternatively, take a peek at what's on offer in Meghauli village further west, with the small settlement offering simple homestays, and good access to the park.
