Along the lakefront promenade you'll find a multitude of pricey four- and five-star hotels to retreat to in this Swiss Riviera vacation spot. A number of guesthouses and bed and breakfasts are also available for the more down-to-earth traveler. "Budget" isn't exactly in Montreux's vocabulary, however, for more affordable accommodations look southeast to the neighboring town of Vevey.
