Lahore to Islamabad is an approximately 3.5-hour car ride. You can also fly; or do a combination of train, bus, and taxi. In January in Islamabad, expect temperatures between 20°C during the day and 5°C at night. On the 21st (Sat), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can drive to Murree.
