The Harbour City

Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Balmoral Beach, Mosman and Shelly Beach. You'll get in some beach time at Bondi Beach and Bronte Beach. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Sydney: Wollongong Head Lighthouse (in Wollongong) and Albion Park Rail (Historical Aircraft Restoration Society & HARS Aviation Museum). Spend the 30th (Tue) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's still lots to do: wander the streets of The Rocks, identify plant and animal life at North Head Sanctuary, browse the exhibits of ATTY Gallery, and enjoy the sand and surf at Manly Beach.
