Tokyo to Otaki-machi is an approximately 1.5-hour car ride. Traveling from Tokyo in December, Otaki-machi is somewhat warmer at night with lows of 11°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Fri) so you can drive to Minamiboso.

Venture out of the city with trips to Kamogawa (Futomi Beach, Yomogi Fudodaki Waterfall, &more), Awa Jinja (in Tateyama) and Jizodo Temple Waterfall (in Futtsu). You can drive from Minamiboso to Urayasu in 1.5 hours. Another option is to drive. In December in Urayasu, expect temperatures between 13°C during the day and 8°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 10th (Sat) to allow time to drive back home.
