Key West is known for sightseeing, wildlife, and adventure. Greenville to Key West is an approximately 5.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus, taxi, and ferry. When traveling from Greenville in April, plan for somewhat warmer days in Key West, with highs around 83°F, while nights are warmer with lows around 74°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 4th (Tue) early enough to go by car to Marathon.

Start off your visit on the 5th (Wed): tour the pleasant surroundings at Sombrero Beach, then look for all kinds of wild species at The Turtle Hospital, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Bahia Honda State Park. Getting from Key West to Marathon by car takes about 1.5 hours. Other options: take a bus. In April, daily temperatures in Marathon can reach 86°F, while at night they dip to 75°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 6th (Thu) to allow time to drive to Islamorada.

Key Largo is just a short distance from Islamorada. Traveling from Islamorada in April, plan for slightly colder nights in Key Largo, with lows around 69°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 10th (Mon) to allow enough time to fly back home.
