The booming city of Bucharest is a sophisticated metropolis with a high contrast of old- and new-world architecture.
Visit Stavropoleos Monastery and Old Town for their historical value. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Muzeul National al Satului "Dimitrie Gusti" and National Museum of Art of Romania (Muzeul Nakional de Arta al Romaniei).
