Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to Istanbul is an approximately 7-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of ferry and car. Traveling from Jeddah in July, things will get a bit cooler in Istanbul: highs are around 34°C and lows about 23°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 14th (Fri) so you can catch the flight to Trabzon.
