11 days in Seoul, Incheon & Busan Itinerary

Get a sense of the local culture at Gyeongbokgung Palace and Insadong. Get in touch with nature at Cheonggyecheon Stream and Bukhansan National Park. Dubai, United Arab Emirates to Seoul is an approximately 12.5-hour flight. The time zone difference moving from Gulf Standard Time (GST) to Korean Standard Time (KST) is 5 hours. In April, Seoul is colder than Dubai - with highs of 20°C and lows of 9°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 5th (Fri) to allow time to drive to Incheon.

Start off your visit on the 6th (Sat): make a trip to Chinatown and then get engrossed in the history at Bupyeong History Museum.

Incheon is just a short distance from Seoul. When traveling from Seoul in May, plan for a bit cooler days and about the same nights in Incheon: temperatures range from 24°C by day to 15°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 6th (Sat) early enough to catch the flight to Busan.

Visiting Haeundae Beach and Gwangalli Beach will get you outdoors. Bulguksa Temple and Beomeosa Temple will appeal to history buffs. Venture out of the city with trips to Beopgi Fountainhead (in Yangsan) and Gyeongju National Museum (in Gyeongju). There's still lots to do: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Haedong Yonggungsa, snap pictures at Busan Harbor Bridge, walk around Yongdusan Park, and see the interesting displays at Busan Museum.

You can fly from Incheon to Busan in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of subway and train. In May, daytime highs in Busan are 28°C, while nighttime lows are 16°C. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 10th (Wed) to allow time for the flight back home.
