12 days in Athens, Aegina & Kea Itinerary

Do some cultural sightseeing at Acropolis of Athens and Acropolis Museum. Get in touch with nature at Seahorse Dive Center and Pouda Beach. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Athens: Corinth Canal (in Isthmia) and Archaeological Site Mycenae (in Mycenae). The time zone difference moving from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) to Eastern European Standard Time (EET) is 2 hours. Plan for much warmer temperatures traveling from Dublin in June, with highs in Athens at 35°C and lows at 24°C. You will leave for Aegina on the 24th (Sat).

You can ride a ferry from Athens to Aegina in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can ride a ferry; or do a combination of taxi and ferry. In June, daytime highs in Aegina are 35°C, while nighttime lows are 24°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 26th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel to Kea.

Kick off your visit on the 27th (Tue): get engrossed in the history at Folklore Museum of Kea, then kick back and relax at Sykamia Beach, and then see some colorful creatures with Keadivers Diver. On the next day, enjoy the sand and surf at Pisses Beach, then stroll through Koundouros Beach, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Koundouraki Beach.
