Kuwait City, Kuwait to Istanbul is an approximately 7.5-hour flight. Traveling from Kuwait City in January, you will find days in Istanbul are a bit cooler (10°C), and nights are about the same (10°C). You will have some time to spend on the 21st (Sat) before leaving for Goreme.

Traveling by flight from Istanbul to Goreme takes 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of train and bus. Expect little chillier weather when traveling from Istanbul in January: highs in Goreme hover around 5°C, while lows dip to -4°C. You'll have a few hours on the 24th (Tue) to wrap things up before traveling to Izmir.

You can fly from Goreme to Izmir in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Goreme in January, things will get a bit warmer in Izmir: highs are around 9°C and lows about 7°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 26th (Thu) so you can fly back home.
