The only Mayan site built to overlook the ocean, Tulum remains a coastal paradise preserving the last vestiges of a pre-Hispanic civilization.Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Ek Balam and Museo de San Roque. You'll get in some beach time at Paradise Beach and Parque Los Fundadores. Step out of Tulum to go to Valladolid and see Choco Story, which is approximately 1h 30 min away. Spend the 31st (Mon) among aquatic life with a scuba or snorkeling tour. There's still lots to do: see the vivid underwater world at Two Eyes Cenote, explore the activities along Aktun Chen, don't miss a visit to Tulum Tower, and Head underground at Gran Cenote.
