A town that survives on the sea, Newport's population of just over 10,000 supports a healthy commercial fishing industry.Change things up with these side-trips from Newport: Lincoln City (Chinook Winds Casino & Convention Center & Lincoln City Glass Center) and Yachats coastline (in Yachats).
