Ljubljana, Slovenia to Warsaw is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and train. While traveling from Ljubljana, expect little chillier days and about the same nights in Warsaw, ranging from highs of 15°C to lows of 4°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 28th (Fri) so you can go by car to Torun.

Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Archikatedra Oliwska and Europejskie Centrum SolidarnoSci. Change things up with a short trip to Muzeum Zamkowe w Malborku in Malbork (about 54 minutes away). Drive from Torun to Gdansk in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. Expect a bit cooler weather when traveling from Torun in April: highs in Gdansk hover around 13°C, while lows dip to 2°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 2nd (Tue) early enough to catch the flight to Wroclaw.
