Apia, Upolu — 7 nights

The Samoan capital of Apia serves as the first port of call for most visitors, and it plays home to a number of historic sites, a laid-back seaside promenade, and a range of hotels and restaurants keeping tourists entertained.
Kids will enjoy Lalomanu Beach and Palolo Deep Marine Reserve. We've included these beaches for you: Tafa Tafa Beach and Salamumu Beach. Step out of Apia to go to Lotofaga and see To Sua Ocean Trench, which is approximately 1h 5 min away. The adventure continues: Head underground at Piula Cave Pool, make a trip to Samoa Cultural Village, pause for some serene contemplation at Immaculate Conception Cathedral, and admire the sheer force of Togitogiga Waterfall.

Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea to Apia is an approximately 15-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 3 hours traveling from Port Moresby to Apia. Finish your sightseeing early on the 25th (Fri) so you can travel to Savai'i.
