Berlin, Germany to Reykjavik is an approximately 6.5-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 1 hour traveling from Berlin to Reykjavik. In April in Reykjavik, expect temperatures between 7°C during the day and 0°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 5th (Wed) early enough to go by car to Vik.
