Durban, South Africa to Nairobi is an approximately 10-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and car. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 1 hour traveling from Durban to Nairobi. Traveling from Durban in February, expect a bit cooler with lows of 19°C in Nairobi. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 10th (Fri) so you can catch the flight to Watamu.

Visiting Watamu National Marine Park and Scuba & Snorkeling will get you outdoors. There's still lots to do: get engrossed in the history at Gede Ruins, get interesting insight from Tours, and take a peaceful walk through Arabuko-Sokoke Forest.

Traveling by flight from Nairobi to Watamu takes 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and car; or drive. In February, Watamu is a bit warmer than Nairobi - with highs of 36°C and lows of 30°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 13th (Mon) early enough to travel to Diani Beach.

On the 14th (Tue), contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Kongo Mosque and then enjoy the sand and surf at Diani Beach.

You can do a combination of car and ferry from Watamu to Diani Beach in 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of car and flight; or do a combination of taxi, bus, ferry, and car. February in Diani Beach sees daily highs of 38°C and lows of 28°C at night. You'll set off for Mombasa on the 15th (Wed).

Kick off your visit on the 16th (Thu): look for gifts at Imani Collective, contemplate the long history of Old Town, and then take an in-depth tour of Fort Jesus Museum. Keep things going the next day: take an exotic tour of a safari tour.

You can do a combination of car and ferry from Diani Beach to Mombasa in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and taxi. Expect a daytime high around 38°C in February, and nighttime lows around 28°C. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 18th (Sat) to allow time for the flight back home.
