Ottawa, Canada to Salzburg is an approximately 13-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 6 hours traveling from Ottawa to Salzburg. In August in Salzburg, expect temperatures between 28°C during the day and 16°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Fri) early enough to drive to Bled.

Get outdoors at Triglav National Park and Zipline. Do some cultural sightseeing at Bled Island and Bled Castle. Traveling by car from Salzburg to Bled takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. August in Bled sees daily highs of 31°C and lows of 15°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 7th (Mon) so you can drive to Budapest.

In August in Budapest, expect temperatures between 32°C during the day and 18°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 9th (Wed) early enough to drive to Vienna.

Get a sense of the local culture at Schonbrunn Palace and St. Stephen's Cathedral. There's lots more to do: admire the masterpieces at Belvedere Palace, meet the residents at Schönbrunn Zoo, examine the collection at Hofburg, and make a trip to Judenplatz Holocaust Memorial.

On the 13th (Sun), get engrossed in the history at Jewish Museum in Prague, get to know the fascinating history of Staromestske namesti, then admire the landmark architecture of Prague Astronomical Clock, and finally snap pictures at Charles Bridge.
