14 days in Jeju, Busan & Seoul Itinerary

Explore Jeju's surroundings by going to Seogwipo (Gasiri Wind Power Plant, Seongsan Ilchulbong, &more). There's still lots to do: step off the mainland to explore Udo, don't miss a visit to Mysterious Road (Dokkaebi Road), and enjoy the sand and surf at Hamdeok Beach.

Johor Bahru, Malaysia to Jeju is an approximately 12.5-hour combination of bus and flight. You can also fly. Traveling from Johor Bahru to Jeju, you'll lose 1 hour due to the time zone difference. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 26th (Sun) early enough to fly to Busan.

Go for a jaunt from Busan to Gyeongju to see Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond about 1h 15 min away. The adventure continues: kick back and relax at Haeundae Beach, take in the spiritual surroundings of Haedong Yonggungsa, take some stellar pictures from Yu Chi-hwan Postbox Observatory, and stroll around Yongdusan Park.

Traveling by flight from Jeju to Busan takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of ferry and car; or do a combination of ferry, taxi, and train. In May, daily temperatures in Busan can reach 28°C, while at night they dip to 16°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 29th (Wed) to allow enough time to fly to Seoul.

Change things up with a short trip to Gogang Prehistoric Relics Park in Bucheon (about 42 minutes away). There's much more to do: browse the exhibits of Gyeongbokgung Palace, don't miss a visit to Jongmyo Shrine, shop like a local with Namdaemun Market, and walk around Namsan Park.

Traveling by flight from Busan to Seoul takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or drive. Expect a daytime high around 28°C in May, and nighttime lows around 16°C. You will have some time to spend on the 3rd (Mon) before leaving for home.
