Stockholm, Sweden to Oslo is an approximately 3-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a train. Expect a bit warmer weather when traveling from Stockholm in February: highs in Oslo hover around 6°C, while lows dip to -7°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 5th (Sun) to allow time to fly to Tromso.
