One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
Your cultural itinerary includes sights like Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village. Your inner history buff will appreciate Changdeokgung Palace and Cheonggyecheon Stream. Spend the 25th (Sun) exploring nature at Bukhansan National Park. There's still lots to do: shop like a local with Myeongdong Shopping Street, take some stellar pictures from N Seoul Tower, stop by Insadong, and ponder the world of politics at Seoul City Hall.

Kharkiv, Ukraine to Seoul is an approximately 17-hour flight. You can also drive. You'll lose 7 hours traveling from Kharkiv to Seoul due to the time zone difference. Traveling from Kharkiv in June, expect somewhat warmer with lows of 22°C in Seoul. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 26th (Mon) early enough to drive to Sokcho.

One of the most popular tourist destinations in the Republic of Korea, Gyeongju combines a rich cultural heritage with mountain and coastal scenery.
Start off your visit on the 27th (Tue): explore the activities along Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, then appreciate the extensive heritage of Tongiljeon, then contemplate the long history of Bulguksa Temple, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Seokguram.

You can fly from Sokcho to Gyeongju in 2.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. In June in Gyeongju, expect temperatures between 23°C during the day and 20°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 28th (Wed) so you can go by car to Busan.

The country's second city, Busan has often been referred to as South Korea's summer capital.
Start off your visit on the 28th (Wed): enjoy the sand and surf at Haeundae Beach, then kick back and relax at Gwangalli Beach, then hunt for treasures at Jagalchi Market, and finally browse the eclectic array of goods at Gukje Market. Traveling from Gyeongju in June, expect nights in Busan to be about the same, around 22°C, while days are somewhat warmer, around 30°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 30th (Fri) to allow enough time to fly to Jeju.

The main town on the largest of Korea's islands, Jeju, has a volcanic landscape protected by UNESCO. The World Heritage-listed volcanic island includes the country's highest peak, sets of impressive lava tubes and columns, and several crater lakes.
