Traveling by flight from Anchorage to Skagway takes 5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In June in Skagway, expect temperatures between 64°F during the day and 52°F at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 18th (Sun) so you can catch the flight to Juneau.
