If you are flying in from United Kingdom, the closest major aiports are Gimpo International Airport, Incheon International Airport and Osan Air Base. August in Seoul sees daily highs of 35°C and lows of 27°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 4th (Thu) early enough to travel to Jeongseon-gun.

You can take a train from Daegu to Busan in an hour. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In August, plan for daily highs up to 36°C, and evening lows to 27°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 10th (Wed) to allow enough time to take a train to Daejeon.

A sprawling metropolis and center for research, Daejeon stands as the fifth largest city in South Korea.

Getting from Busan to Daejeon by train takes about 2 hours. Other options: drive; or do a combination of flight and train. August in Daejeon sees daily highs of 35°C and lows of 25°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 12th (Fri) to allow enough time to take a train to Seoul.
