Lancaster — 14 nights

Red Rose City

The heart of Pennsylvania's famous "Dutch Country," Lancaster is one of the nation's oldest inland cities, founded in 1730.
You'll explore and learn at Ephrata Cloister and Landis Valley Museum. Visit The Amish Farm and House and President James Buchanan's Wheatland for their historical value. Explore Lancaster's surroundings by going to Wolf Sanctuary of PA (in Lititz) and Mount Hope Estate & Winery, home of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire (in Manheim). There's much more to do: see the interesting displays at Biblical Tabernacle Experience, take an in-depth tour of National Toy Train Museum, pause for some serene contemplation at Historic St. Mary's Catholic Church, and get in on the family fun at Dutch Wonderland.
