You can drive from Jeonju to Busan in 3 hours. Other options are to take a train; or take a bus. In November in Busan, expect temperatures between 18°C during the day and 6°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 17th (Fri) so you can catch the flight to Seoul.
