Kangaroo Island — 2 nights

Abandoned by Aborigines a few thousand years ago, Kangaroo Island attracts over 140,000 visitors each year.
Visiting Flinders Chase National Park and Seal Bay Conservation Park will get you outdoors. Relax by the water at Stokes Beach and Island Beach. There's more to do: look for all kinds of wild species at Raptor Domain and kick back and relax at Browns Beach.

Primarily a marine industry town, Port Lincoln has about as many marina trawlers and grain silos as luxury yachts.
You'll get in some beach time at Fishery Bay and Lincoln National Park. Visiting Shark Diving and Winter Hill Lookout will get you outdoors. There's still lots to do: kick back and relax at Sleaford Bay and do a tasting at Dellacolline Winery.

You can fly from Kangaroo Island to Port Lincoln in 5 hours. Other options are to do a combination of car and ferry; or do a combination of taxi, ferry, and bus. Finish your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Wed) so you can drive to Delamere.
