Istanbul to Izmir is an approximately 3.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of ferry, bus, and taxi. In October, Izmir is slightly colder than Istanbul - with highs of 20°C and lows of 17°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 25th (Tue) to allow enough time to drive to Selcuk.
