Expect little chillier evenings in Springdale when traveling from Salt Lake City in July, with lows around 17°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 30th (Sun) early enough to drive to Kanab.

On the 31st (Mon), look for gifts at The Rock Stop, then look for all kinds of wild species at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, then get engrossed in the history at Historical Kanab Library, and finally scramble along the landscape with a canyoning and rapelling tour. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: take an in-depth tour of Kanab Heritage House Museum, then capture your vacation like a pro with an inspiring photography tour, then tour the pleasant surroundings at Squaw Trail, and finally walk around Jacob Hamblin Park.

You can drive from Kanab to Bryce Canyon National Park in 1.5 hours. Another option is to drive. Traveling from Kanab in August, expect Bryce Canyon National Park to be little chillier, temps between 29°C and 9°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 5th (Sat) so you can drive to Moab.

Get out of town with these interesting Moab side-trips: Arches National Park (Double Arch, Delicate Arch, &more). On the 6th (Sun), spend a relaxing day on the river with a rafting and tubing tour. On the 10th (Thu), enjoy a day of scenic exploration at Canyonlands National Park.
