London, UK to Dresden is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and train; or take a train. The time zone difference when traveling from London to Dresden is 1 hour. Plan for a bit cooler temperatures traveling from London in February, with highs in Dresden at 5°C and lows at -1°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 5th (Sun) so you can drive to Leipzig.
