In July, daily temperatures in Diani Beach can reach 33°C, while at night they dip to 24°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 30th (Sun) to allow time to travel to Watamu.

Step off the beaten path and head to Off-Road Tours and Scuba & Snorkeling. And it doesn't end there: soothe aching muscles at Yoga at Watamu Treehouse, explore and take pictures at Local Ocean Conservation, delve into the lush surroundings at Arabuko-Sokoke Forest, and get engrossed in the history at Gede Ruins.

You can do a combination of car and ferry from Diani Beach to Watamu in 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and car; or do a combination of car, ferry, bus, and taxi. Traveling from Diani Beach in July, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be a bit warmer in Watamu, with lows of 28°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Wed) to allow enough time to fly to Nairobi.

Traveling by flight from Watamu to Nairobi takes 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of car and train; or drive. Plan for slightly colder temperatures traveling from Watamu in August, with highs in Nairobi at 27°C and lows at 16°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 6th (Sun) early enough to catch the flight to Maasai Mara National Reserve.

You can fly from Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve in 2.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or do a combination of bus and car. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 10th (Thu) early enough to drive to Narok.
