You can do a combination of car and flight from Kathmandu to Sagarmatha National Park in 3.5 hours. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 7th (Fri) so you can catch the flight to Sauraha.

The tourist town of Sauraha stands on the edge of the Chitwan National Park and acts as the eastern gateway to a World Heritage-protected area.

In April, daily temperatures in Sauraha can reach 40°C, while at night they dip to 23°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 9th (Sun) early enough to catch the flight to Pokhara.
