Go for a jaunt from Lijiang to Yulong County to see Baisha Ancient Town about 42 minutes away. Spend the 5th (Mon) exploring nature at Lashi Lake. The adventure continues: don't miss a visit to Lijiang Mural in Baisha Village, take an in-depth tour of Museum of Naxi Dongba Culture, stroll around Lijiang Lion Rock, and admire the landmark architecture of Wangu Pavilion.

When in Jinghong, make a side trip to see Sipsongpanna Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Mengla County, approximately Mengla County away. There's lots more to do: don't miss a visit to Rubber Plantation, Sipsongpanna, walk around Xishuangbanna Primitive Forest Park, look for all kinds of wild species at Xishuangbanna Tropical Nature reserve, and delve into the lush surroundings at Xishuangbanna Rainforest.
