Seoul is known for sightseeing, shopping, and museums. Kuwait City, Kuwait to Seoul is an approximately 17-hour flight. The time zone changes from Arabian Standard Time to Korean Standard Time, which is usually a 6 hour difference. While traveling from Kuwait City, expect colder days and slightly colder nights in Seoul, ranging from highs of 22°C to lows of 21°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 23rd (Mon) so you can go by car to Chuncheon.

You can drive from Seoul to Chuncheon in 1.5 hours. Other options are to take a bus; or take a subway. Expect little chillier evenings in Chuncheon when traveling from Seoul in October, with lows around 11°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 24th (Tue) to allow time to drive to Sokcho.

Change things up with these side-trips from Sokcho: Inje-gun (Baekdamsa Temple & Bangtaesan Recreational Forest) and Jumunjin Lighthouse (in Gangneung). Spend the 25th (Wed) exploring nature at Seoraksan National Park. Traveling by car from Chuncheon to Sokcho takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. Traveling from Chuncheon in October, expect somewhat warmer with lows of 18°C in Sokcho. Cap off your sightseeing on the 27th (Fri) early enough to catch the flight to Gyeongju.

Venture out of the city with trips to Seomun Market (in Daegu) and Gatbawi Rock (in Gyeongsan). There's still lots to do: contemplate the long history of Bulguksa Temple, see the interesting displays at Gyeongju National Museum, explore the activities along Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, and pause for some photo ops at Seokguram.

Traveling by flight from Sokcho to Gyeongju takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In October, plan for daily highs up to 23°C, and evening lows to 18°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 30th (Mon) early enough to drive to Busan.

Step out of Busan with an excursion to Oedo Botania in Geoje--about 1h 40 min away. There's still lots to do: get great views at Taejongdae, head outdoors with Gwangalli Beach, stroll around Yongdusan Park, and don't miss a visit to Gwangandaegyo Bridge.

Traveling by car from Gyeongju to Busan takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. In October, daily temperatures in Busan can reach 26°C, while at night they dip to 15°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 4th (Sat) so you can go by car to Suncheon.

Explore Suncheon's surroundings by going to Gurye-gun (Saseongam Temple 四聖庵 & Hwaeomsa Temple) and Ssanggyesa Temple (in Hadong-gun). While traveling from Busan, expect slightly colder days and about the same nights in Suncheon, ranging from highs of 7°C to lows of 4°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 7th (Tue) early enough to catch the flight to Jeju.

Explore Jeju's surroundings by going to Seogwipo (Seongsan Ilchulbong & Gasiri Wind Power Plant). There's still lots to do: Head underground at Manjanggul Cave, walk around Jeolmul Natural Forest Resort, head outdoors with Gwakji Gwamul Beach, and admire the natural beauty at Hallim Park.

Traveling by flight from Suncheon to Jeju takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of taxi and ferry; or do a combination of train and ferry. On the 14th (Tue), you're off to home.
