3 days in Cañon City Itinerary

Part of Colorado's Royal Gorge Region, Cañon City straddles the Arkansas River.

Venture out of the city with trips to Victor (Victor's Gold Camp Ag & Mining Museum, Victor Lowell Thomas Museum, &more) and Cripple Creek (Outlaw and Lawmen Jail Museum, Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine, &more). There's still lots to do: cruise along Skyline Drive, take in the views from Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, relax and float downstream with a rafting and tubing tour, and see the interesting displays at Royal Gorge Regional Museum and History Center.
